1) Applicability of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the website and services provided by BulkRetouch. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
BulkRetouch reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
Clients may avail themselves of services including, but not limited to, product retouching, jewelry photo retouching, newborn photo retouching, car image editing and clipping path services. By placing an order, the Client agrees to the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of the order.
2) Conclusion of the Contract
The Client shall submit an order to BulkRetouch for image retouching or other requested photo editing services.
A contract shall be deemed concluded once both parties agree upon the scope of work and the price quotation provided by BulkRetouch. For further clarification regarding services or quotations, Clients are encouraged to contact us directly.
3) Payment Terms and Methods
Payment shall be based on the agreed quotation provided by BulkRetouch and valid on the date stated in the quotation.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed.

Payment is due upon receipt of the completed work and invoice unless otherwise specified.

BulkRetouch accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard using Stripe, Bank Transfer and other approved payment methods.

If using an alternative payment method, the Client must inform our support team in advance.
4) Offsetting of Services
The Client may only offset claims against payments if such claims are legally established or acknowledged in writing by BulkRetouch. Otherwise, offsetting is not permitted.
5) Retention of Title
All delivered work remains the property of BulkRetouch until full payment has been received.
Upon full settlement of payment, ownership rights of the final edited images transfer to the Client, subject to these Terms.
6) Quality Assurance
BulkRetouch is committed to delivering high-quality image editing services.
If the Client is not satisfied with the delivered work due to technical defects, they must notify BulkRetouch in writing within 2 days of delivery. After this period, claims regarding defects may not be accepted.
A delivery shall be deemed defective only if it fails to meet the agreed technical specifications.
The following shall not be considered defects:

Minor color variations

Quality loss due to poor original image files

Requests beyond the agreed scope of services

Issues unrelated to the originally specified editing instructions
Corrections within the agreed scope may be provided at no additional charge.
7) Liability
BulkRetouch shall not be liable for damages beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to system failures, data transmission interruptions, or other technical disruptions.
Liability shall be limited to damages directly caused by proven negligence on the part of BulkRetouch.
8) Obligations of the Client
The Client is solely responsible for the content of images submitted to BulkRetouch.
BulkRetouch reserves the right to reject any order containing unlawful material, including but not limited to:

Child exploitation material

Racist or discriminatory content

Copyright infringement

Any content violating applicable laws
9) Copyright
The Client represents and warrants that they own the copyright or have proper authorization to use and submit the images for editing.
BulkRetouch shall not be liable for any copyright infringement claims arising from materials provided by the Client.

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe; however, we do not guarantee responses within a specific period.
11) Promotional Offers and Discounts
BulkRetouch may offer promotional discounts or coupon codes from time to time.
BulkRetouch reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers without prior notice.
12) Turnaround Time
Turnaround time begins only after the Client has completed uploading all images related to the order.
The countdown does not start at the time the order is submitted but after the full upload is complete.
13) Protection of Intellectual Property
BulkRetouch respects and protects the intellectual property rights of its Clients.
